What can I return?
You may return any item purchased from Sagar Dresses that was ready to ship and in unused condition or any item that was damaged upon receipt.
Made-to-order products & customized products are non-returnable.
Who pays for return shipping charges?
For orders delivered within India -FREE Returns
For orders delivered in rest of the countries -Customers will be responsible to ship the product back to us with tracking details at info@sagardresses.com. Customer will be liable to pay the return shipping and customs charges which is non-refundable.
Are there any duties and taxes?
For customers within India,all prices specified on the website are inclusive of GST.
For customers outside India,duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees or local/VAT taxes. Sagar Dresses will not reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these in order to release your order from customs.
How to raise a return request?
Please reach out to info@sagardresses.com within 2 days of order delivery. Our customer support team will get back to you within 48hrs.
How much time the refund takes?
Refund is processed once the product is delivered back to our warehouse and quality check is done.
Refunds usually take 7-10 working days.
Refund can also be provided in the form of credit voucher.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed and the acknowledgement has been sent.
